iOS, Android and web 2026
iFund
A two-sided funding marketplace for property and business, on iOS, Android and the web.

The brief
iFund connects people who need property and business funding with lenders looking for the right deals. Ubaid designed it and Shameer built the complete mobile app in React Native and Expo on a Supabase backend, covering both the borrower and the lender side.
One app had to serve two very different users. Borrowers post what they need. Lenders need to find the strongest requests quickly, follow up and close, without leaving the app.
What we built
Accounts and security
- Sign-up with a lender or borrower role, email verification and password reset.
- Google and Apple sign-in.
- Face ID unlock, two-factor authentication and a login-activity log.
Borrower side
- Three-step onboarding and funding-request form: purpose, amount, property and timeline.
- Create, edit and delete requests, each with its own status.
- Scored lender matches with filters, lender profiles, reviews and verification badges.
Lender side
- Three-step onboarding with a profile preview and plan selection.
- Dashboard with exposures, match score, enquiries, best matches and analytics.
- A leads pipeline that updates in real time, with stages from match to funded.
- Starter, Professional and Elite plans with in-app purchase and billing.
Messaging and notifications
- In-app chat with attachments, presence and unread counts.
- Push notifications with instant, daily or weekly preferences, plus a notification centre.
- A help centre, in-app support and a rating prompt.
Under the hood
- About 50 screens across seven navigators, on a shared library of sheets, sliders, charts and form controls.
- Supabase for auth, database, storage and realtime; TanStack Query for caching and background refresh.
- Sentry error reporting, over-the-air updates, deep links and secure token storage.
The result
The finished app runs on iOS and Android: about 50 screens across seven navigators, built on a shared library of sheets, sliders, charts and form controls, with error reporting and over-the-air updates in place for every release.
